This framework suggests that 70 percent of learning comes from experience, 20 percent is derived from exposure, and 10 percent is from formal education.

Experience, Exposure, and Education are integral components of the 70:20:10 Framework. Experience refers to learning through hands-on tasks and practical application. Exposure involves interactions with mentors, coaches, and networking opportunities. Education encompasses formal learning through courses and programs. These three elements work in harmony to create a learning environment that drives individual and organizational growth.
