Harnessing the Power of Your Mind to Achieve Your Impossible Goals
Introduction
I’m taking part in a 30 books in 30 days reading challenge I created for myself. It’s about six or seven times I’ve done this challenge. Sometimes others have taken part with me. Instead of writing a summary on Medium (I’ll do that on my website), I’m connecting ideas from the books I read during the challenge. And if there are other books I previously read that are relevant, I’ll add them to the mix.
The experience of the 30 books in 30 days reading challenge this time is much richer because I’m intentionally connecting what I’m learning from the books I’m reading during the challenge to books I read previously.
Today, my focus is on harnessing the power of your mind to achieve your goals. Your mind is a lot more powerful than you think.
I created my Definiteness of Purpose statement with an impossible goal to achieve in 30 days. To achieve such a goal requires innovation. The strategies I first had weren’t exponential goals. I was feeling out of sorts because I couldn’t come up with the one or two innovative goals needed for me to achieve my ambitious goal.
