It’s almost the end of the first quarter. Are you finding that despite your best efforts, you’re not achieving the goals you set for yourself? If so, don’t worry — you’re definitely not alone. Many people find themselves in this situation at one point or another. It’s also worth noting, that life happens, and there are often things outside your control.

Why goal setting process is important, and tips to do it effectively
Goal setting is important because it allows you to focus on what you want to achieve and provides a roadmap for getting there. However, many people find goal setting difficult because they’re not sure how to do it effectively. Here are some tips:
1. Start by identifying your goals. What do you want to achieve in the short-term, medium-term and long-term?
