Diverse books

Reading has always been a cornerstone of my life, and for the past several years, I’ve consistently read over 100 books each year. This year, I plan to read at least 150 books. What I am focused on is intentionally diversifying and strategically choosing what I read to deepen my skills and unlock new opportunities.

Looking back at the books I read last year, I realize they weren’t as diverse as they should have been. While I love reading across genres and disciplines, it’s clear I need to widen my focus further. My goal for 2025 isn’t just to read more. I want to develop skills that will make me a better leader, decision-maker, and problem-solver.

Specifically, I want to become a mentalist, an expert generalist, and an intersection thinker. These skills will help me innovate, think more creatively, and lead more effectively.
