Day Two of the Think and Grow Rich 3-Day Challenge was focused on maintaining a positive mental attitude. We watched videos of Napoleon Hill teaching and also guest speakers sharing their wealth of knowledge with us. I appreciated what Trent Shelton had to say.

In the video with Napoleon Hill, he shared 20 things to maintain a positive mental attitude. It’s important to have a purpose in life and to clear the obstacles between you and your goals.

Having a Positive Mental Attitude

  1. Get along with others.
  2. Condition your mind at the start of the day to keep a positive mental attitude.
  3. Develop the art of selling yourself by asking questions.
  4. Have a hearty laugh when you’re annoyed.
  5. Express gratitude. Even failures can be blessings.
  6. Have a can-do attitude.
  7. Transmute all unpleasant circumstances into something positive.
  8. Strength grows out of struggle.
  9. Life is an education, both the good and bad experiences.
  10. Self-improvement helps you to be more open-minded.
  11. Express gratitude twice a day.
